Taj mahal India is indeed a wonder with no parallel. It is a unique testimony of architecture on the face of the earth and this splendid monument is located on the banks of river Yamuna in Agra; is ranked among the eight wonders of the world. The west has understood the fact that the beauty of this splendid masterpiece on the face of the earth is quite unparallel. The Mughals were really fond of art and architecture on the face of the earth and Shahjahan, the emperor constructed this wonderful tear drop of love for everlasting memory. He was in deep love with his wife and she died after the delivery o f 14th child. Shahjahan could not bear this loss and this led to construction of a different monument which would be remembered by the world. You must know the fact that this beautiful piece of architecture is not in fact a palace but a mausoleum and contains the graves of queen Mumtaz mahal and the emperor Shah Jahan. The Taj Mahal is actually a spectacular structure of eminence and it took the workers a period of 20 years to construct the monument. This spectacular architectural master piece was constructed in the year 1648CE and the credit goes to the finest architects. The 20000 workforce was deployed for the purpose of its construction. The expert workers were deployed from the different nook and corners of India and also from Multan and Lahore. The design and construction of the splendid monument is based on the throne of God where He will judge the world. The garden in front of this monument reflects the splendid grace and the Yamuna bank is a source of nourishment. The complete structure of Tajmahal India is built with the help of pristine and elegant highest quality marble and red sandstone is also used at some places. Taj is the splendid masterpiece and the external frame provides an experience to the changing lights. The monument dazzles in the full moon nights and it looks as if the wonderful testimony of heaven is on the face of the earth. When the golden light of moon falls on this wonderful monument, you cannot describe its significant appeal at that time. Taj mahal is a symbol of romance and it has been given the title of the epitome of love. This grand monument really leaves a person breathless when he sees this architectural wonder for the first time. The beauty of Taj mahal has transcended the elements of space and time and it has put a deep impact on the mind of the tourist. You can see the fine calligraphy on the monument and the verses on the Koran carved and it really looks amazing. The designs and carved lattices reflect the architecture of that time. Like his father Jahangir, Sahajahen was also fascinated by Garden and with that charm he also planted Garden In front of Mahal. In this garden the planted and trees are places to add the beautification to the Mahal which is spread in wide area of 980 ft square. The garden is designed in charbagh pattern in which each into four quarters 16 sunken parterres or flowerbeds. The garden is full of full of lush greenery like Ashoka tree which enhance the values of the fort and is centre there is pond which is giving wonderful view to the entire ambiance.
